About Jennifer

Jennifer Prugh (IAYT Yoga Therapist and E-RYT 500) is passionate about guiding students toward discovering what is possible in life when we bring our whole selves to each moment. Jennifer’s Mandala Krama classes offer innovative sequencing rooted in the breath that inspires students at all levels of practice to physically, mentally and emotionally explore themselves as a form of mindfulness in motion.

Jennifer is the Founder and co-owner of Breathe Together Yoga which opened in 2011 to provide yoga for everyone. From Youth Yoga to Prenatal, Tai Chi & Qi Gong to Asian Fusion, Vinyasa to Yoga Basics, and with nearly 100 classes a week open every day but Christmas, there’s truly something for everyone.
